The service at Zen Heath & Beauty was excellent. I have had a sore hip for a while now and Simone worked really well with making improvements and now I can say I am pain free. I also had a facial with Bridget while I was there and it was amazing. If you are in Nambucca Heads and need health and beauty treatments, I cant recommend Zen Health & Beauty highly enough.

The best shiatsu experience from Quiberon to The Golden Door is to be found in Nambucca Heads at Zen Health and Beauty. I drive 400km and stay a week in Nambucca to put myself in the very capable hands of Simone and return home completely revitalised every time. She is an experience not to be missed!

With my bestie On holidays in Nambucca... Again!...and decided to treat ourselves with a visit to Zen! From the first point of contact to book in with 'Jasmine' throughout my eyelash tint 'Kristine' and my wonderful facial 'Simone' it was an absolute delight. Simone then went above and beyond and arranged hair appointments for us both right next door allowing enough time for a leisurely lunch and some wonderful whale watching. We WILL be back. Thank you so much.
